About TikRSS
Built for researchers, builders, and knowledge workers worldwide
Our Mission
The internet produces more signal than any person can process. Top researchers, engineers, and creators publish hours of video content every week — yet much of it remains locked inside multi-hour video streams inconvenient for fast reading, cross-referencing, or archival.
TikRSS unlocks video knowledge. We ingest speech and captions from YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and podcast RSS feeds, generate structured AI briefings, and dispatch clean Markdown straight to your Notion database, Obsidian vault, Telegram bot, personal RSS reader, or email inbox.
Why We Built This
We were tired of losing hours to algorithmic recommendation loops and clickbait thumbnails. We wanted the insights, the citations, and the key quotes — without the filler.
TikRSS provides a calm, intentional reading experience: no algorithmic engagement bait, no infinite scroll. Just the thinkers and creators you explicitly follow, synthesized into high-density briefings on your own schedule.
Core Capabilities
- Omnichannel Ingestion: Add creators via profile links, YouTube channel handles, Bilibili space links, Xiaohongshu profile links, or audio podcast feeds.
- Zero-Retention AI Synthesis: Full transcriptions via Whisper speech-to-text, refined by state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Google Gemini) under strict Zero Data Retention agreements.
- Direct Knowledge Sync: Automated two-way integration with Notion databases, native Obsidian vaults via Webhook/Local REST, personal authenticated RSS feeds, and real-time Telegram dispatches.
Our Principles
- Respect for Attention: We build tools that help you finish reading faster, not keep you hooked on a feed.
- Transformative & Fair Use: We synthesize and analyze content while always attributing full credit and direct links back to original creator videos.
- Strict Data Privacy: We never sell reading habits or user tracking data. Your subscriptions and notes remain your own.
